Welcome to Hutatma Babu Genu Mandal Trust (Navsacha Ganpati) As we all know, Lord Ganesha is the first one to be worshipped prior to any beginning of poojas, new plans or venture as he is known as the destroyer of obstruction i.e., he is a Vighnaharta. This is a beautiful Ganapati Temple in Pune city that is quite a century-old and is known to fulfil the desires of the worshipers and thus the idol of lord Ganesha here is popularly known as Navsacha Ganpati. The city of Pune is a silent witness to places of worship other festivals, and historical interests, that are not only famous but also hold prehistoric importance. Though the most popular & significant places of worship are the Ganpati Mandirs situated at the heart of Pune City. Among such one is our famous Navsacha Ganpati. The temple is blessed with Pioneer workers who constantly worked hard and came forward for a cause since the year 1970 and today the legacy is passed on to young and enthusiastic activists who have empathy and attachment towards the temple, this way brilliant work continues till date with all united efforts. The outstanding feature of this deity is that it is enormous and beautiful. The idol has four hands (Chaturbhuj), which contain a lotus and modaks (a delicacy that is a ceaselessly favorite of Lord Ganesha). The Idol has a beautiful and auspicious Ganesh Yantra in the backdrop of its wall. The entire look of the idol and its surrounding signifies devotion, fulfilment, ease, and affluence.
